In my container Thrive I hold space allowing you expand, no longer being in your smallness.  With my work, I see you, I hold you and in working together, all of you is absolute included in my container.

During each session, you are held in my potent contatiner.  I lead with the energy and power and frequency.  It is not only to support you over 8 weeks but will propel you into the energy of your souls calling.  It will allow your energetic body to begin clearing blockages, re-establishing energy flows and balancing itself, resulting in your overall energy flow and your radiance.

“When I first signed up to Thrive, I wasn’t really sure what to expect. Though I had worked with Helen many times before, I knew I was stepping into a totally new and exciting experience.
