You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications at any time.
Retention of Data:
I will retain your Personal Data for a period of 7 years.
Security of your data
Information will be kept securely and confidentially in line with the data retention policy as stated above.
Your contact information will be stored on my fingerprint code locked mobile phone. My email correspondence is password protected and my email service ensures that the emails are secure and encrypted. All paper notes are kept in a locked filing cabinet. If our sessions are online they will be conducted using Zoom (https://zoom.com/) services. The data transmitted during sessions are encrypted and secure. Zoom services are compliant with the GDPR.
If you are unhappy how I process your personal data, please contact me directly so I can rectify the situation. You may lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
I will never share your personal data with any third parties.
