1. Scope of Services

All services provided by Helen Colgan, including but not limited to:

  • In-person 1:1 sessions
  • Online 1:1 sessions
  • Group sessions (in-person or online)
  • Distance Healing / Intuitive Healing Transmissions (audio recordings)
  • Kundalini Activation sessions (in-person / group or online )
  • Workshops, events, and programs

are spiritual, energetic, and educational in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice, and results may vary depending on individual energy, intention, and readiness.

By participating, you acknowledge that all sessions are for personal growth, alignment, and energetic support.

2. Nature of the Relationship / Qualifications

By booking or purchasing any offering, you acknowledge that:

  1. Helen Colgan is a qualified Holistic Therapist and spirit-led healer with extensive experience in energy healing, angelic healing, aromatherapy, and intuitive guidance.
  2. She holds diplomas in Holistic Massage, Reflexology, and Indian Head Massage, is a Reiki Master, and certified in Angelic Healing, Unicorn Healing®, Moon Mná, and Kundalini Activation. She has additional training in Tarot, psychic development, and mediumship at Arthur Findlay College, London.
  3. Helen is a member of ARCHTI.
  4. Services provided are spiritual, educational, and energetic, intended to support personal growth, energetic alignment, and intuitive guidance.
  5. These services do not replace medical, psychological, or legal care. Helen is not a healthcare professional, medical practitioner, or mental health provider, and clients retain full responsibility for their own health, well-being, and decisions.
  6. Participation is voluntary, and you are encouraged to consult a qualified professional for any health, medical, psychological, or legal concerns.

3. Energy Work & Consent (All Offerings)

  • These sessions, including Kundalini Activation, Intuitive Healing Transmissions, Deep energy healing, Angelic healing, Reiki, workshops, programs, or any future energy containers, are purely energetic in nature
  • They are non-refundable due to the personalised and spirit-led nature of the service.
  • These sessions do not treat medical conditions, mental health diagnoses, or replace professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
  • By participating in any session, workshop, or energy work with Helen Colgan, you consent to having your energetic field activated, understanding that outcomes and experiences are unique to your energy.
  • Helen Colgan is not responsible for specific healing effects, as the transformation comes from your energy and your readiness to receive.
  • Sessions will not be recorded unless explicitly consented to in advance, to create the safest possible energetic space for you.

4. Pre-Session Health & Safety Notice

  • Clients with severe medical conditions, cardiovascular issues, neurological conditions, pregnancy, or mental health diagnoses are advised to consult a healthcare professional prior to participating.
  • Sessions are energetic and do not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Integration & Aftercare Guidance

  • After a session, you may notice changes in energy, emotions, mental clarity, or physical sensations.
  • It is recommended to rest, hydrate, and integrate the experience gently.
  • Helen may provide optional guidance or exercises to support this process, which are advisory only.

6. Client Responsibility & Group / Online Etiquette

  • You are responsible for your own well-being and choices following a session.
  • Any exercises, guidance, or movements suggested are optional and intended for energetic support only.
  • During group or online sessions, participants agree to respect the privacy and energy of others.
  • Recording or sharing the session without consent is prohibited. Participation is voluntary, and personal experiences may vary.

7. Liability & Professional / Financial Disclaimer

  • By participating in any session, workshop, program, or energy work with Helen Colgan, you acknowledge that the work may temporarily or ongoingly affect your energy levels, emotional state, mental clarity, or overall well-being.
  • Helen Colgan is not responsible or liable for any impact on your ability to work, earn income, maintain professional activities, or perform daily responsibilities.
  • By participating, you also agree that Helen Colgan cannot be held liable for any other outcomes, effects, or consequences of your participation.
  • All sessions are spiritual, energetic, and intuitive; no guarantees of results are made.
  • Participation is voluntary, and you retain full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and professional obligations.

8. Payment & Booking

  • Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (BIC/IBAN), PayPal, Revolut, Cash, or through my booking system.
  • Payment is required to secure your session or access to recordings.
  • For pre-scheduled sessions (online or in-person), the investment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice require full payment as the session is a reserved space and energy is prepared for you.
  • All recorded sessions, distance healings, and audios are non-refundable once delivered due to their personalised, bespoke nature.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All recordings, audios, and written materials are for personal use only.
  • They may not be reproduced, shared, or sold without written permission.

11. Privacy

  • Your personal information will be kept confidential.
  • If you wish to view, update, or delete your data, please email: colganhelen@gmail.com.
  • Payment details are processed securely via third-party platforms and are never stored by Helen Colgan.

12. Agreement

  • By booking or purchasing any offering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Participation is voluntary, and you acknowledge the energetic and spiritual nature of the work.

13. Spiritual Disclaimer

All services are intended to support your personal growth, alignment, and healing. The work is energetic and channeled through Helen’s connection to Spirit. Results may vary according to your readiness, openness, and energy.
