Plenty of water: Please be well-hydrated in advance.

Seating: Chairs are provided, and you’re welcome to bring a cushion for extra comfort.

Special seating: I have two anti-gravity chairs available—ideal for those who are pregnant, have lower back congestion, or are recovering from surgery. Please let me know if you’d like to reserve one.

A journal is also lovely to have with you, to capture any guidance that comes through.

Warmth: Bring a blanket or extra layers, as it’s common to experience a slight drop in temperature during energy healing.
