Sacred Energy Experience: I will channel energy healing, guided by Spirit, angels, archangels, and loved ones in Spirit. Each session brings its own beautiful surprises as these divine beings step forward to assist. Remember, you are powerful—stand in your strength and open yourself to the loving presence of the angelic realm. I’ll guide you gently, every step of the way.
Closing: A space to ground and integrate your experience, leaving you with a sense of clarity, calm, and gratitude.

How to Prepare:
- Hydrate: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
- Fast Lightly: Avoid eating heavy meals 2 hours before. If you need a light snack, opt for fruit, herbal tea, or cacao.
- Avoid Stimulants: Minimize alcohol, stimulants like coffee, and other substances beforehand to fully align your energy for the session.
- Create Space: Ensure you can be present, allowing yourself to relax and surrender to the healing experience.
