Please Bring:
- Plenty of water. Please be well-hydrated in advance.
- During cooler weather, the Dome becomes even more inviting with the warmth of the wood pellet stove, adding a cozy and nurturing energy to this beautiful space.
- In warmer weather, we ensure comfort with a fan and by keeping the door open to maintain a cool breeze.
- A yoga mat. I also have two anti-gravity chairs available if needed—ideal for those who are pregnant, have lower back congestion, or are recovering from surgery. Please let me know if you’d like to reserve one.
- Two pillows/cushions: one for your head and one to support under your knees.
- A warm blanket or extra layers, as it’s common to experience a slight drop in temperature during energy healing.
- Arrive by 6:50 PM to allow time to settle in.
