Connecting with your Angels is tremendously uplifting and soothing.  

In this group setting I will guide you through a number of healing meditations, intuitively lead  as we welcome in the energies of your healing team of guides, Angels, Ascended Masters, Power animals, Unicorns, Goddess or whoever is guided to be with us.  Our final meditation will be a grounding one to allow you to fully align back into your day feeling so much lighter and grounded.  

We bring the morning to a close by asking for guidance for the days ahead with the beautiful energies of some angel oracle cards.  I will read these intuitively for you, giving you unique messages and guidance for you.  This is very powerful.

Come away feeling lighter and a deep peace.  With a connection established with your healing team of guides that you can tap into between classes. 

All I ask is that you allow yourself to receive the wisdom and guidance that flows in.

No experience necessary, all I ask is that you are open to receiving.

  • Plenty of Water.
  • Your yoga mat.
  • 2 pillows / cushion : one for  you head and for the back of your knees 
  • A blanket / extra layers as sometimes you may experience a drop in temperature working with your healing team.
